Committees
Committees help residents stay engaged, share ideas, and support the Outlook East community. Whether you’d like to participate occasionally or take on a larger role, there are many ways to get involved.
Amenities Committee
The Amenities Committee focuses on the shared spaces residents enjoy—such as the Meetinghouse, pool, and bocce courts—helping ensure these amenities are well-maintained, accessible, and aligned with community needs.
Finance Committee
The Finance Committee reviews budgets, expenses, and financial information to help promote transparency, fiscal responsibility, and informed decision-making within the community.
Landscaping Committee
The Landscaping Committee works to enhance and preserve the appearance of the neighborhood, providing input on landscaping maintenance, snow removal, and overall curb appeal.
Social Committee
The Social Committee helps foster a sense of community by organizing activities and opportunities for neighbors to connect and engage with one another.
About the RAC
The Resident Advisory Committee (RAC) helps facilitate communication, collaboration, and resident engagement within Outlook East during the developer-led phase of the community.
In accordance with the proposed governing documents, RAC leadership is expected to transition to resident-elected positions following developer turnover.
